Whether you’re doing a monthly deep clean, annual spring cleaning, or daily cleaning, utilizing efficient cleaning tools and products will make the process less arduous and more of something to look forward to.
Below are a few of my favorite tools to use while cleaning and products that work great.

Tools for Varied Uses
Microfiber is a woven synthetic material. Its texture is great for picking up dirt and debris without simply pushing it around. Most microfiber products used for cleaning are washable.
Microfiber cloth
This is like a normal cloth but made of microfiber. Use it to wipe down surfaces.
Microfiber sponge
Similar to other sponges, it can be used with cleaning spray to wipe surfaces
Magic Eraser
This quick melamine foam sponge works well dry or wet with water.
Floor Cleaning Tools
Reusable wet mop
This has reusable microfiber pads and a section to fill with your favorite cleaning product. Use it dry or use the spray to mop.
Twist mop
A standard mop is still useful. This version has a twisting feature so you don’t have to do it by hand.
Broom and Dustpan
A standard broom is always needed to sweep up messes. I also like to have the smaller handheld for quick, small crumbs.
Bathroom Cleaning
Squeegee
An underrated tool, a squeegee works wonders when cleaning glass showers, windows, and mirrors.
Tub Scrubber
The strong bristles help to rid tubs and showers of dirt and grime.
Kitchen Tools
Stainless steel brush
This is perfect for tough, baked on food.
Bristle Brush
Use a palm brush to get a more controlled scrub or use one with a long handle for larger surfaces. These often come with scrubbers attached as well.
